It's not just rappers with the problem. It's most of America. The thing is, only the rappers and ballplayers get the opportunity to make it, flaunt and lose it so easily and so often.
But, none of us can say they don't have 20 years worth of fun in their 3 years of fame and fortune.

Well said. It's consumerism in America that's driving this problem. Everyone wants to impress everyone else, and thinks the way to do that is buy buying a bunch of shit that nobody needs. Nobody plans for tomorrow.
