When I read this thread, you were the first person I thought of. DO NOT GET MARRIED. Especially under 30.
My advice fits in with most of the rest of the advice:
Lawyer up. Lawyer up now. Lawyer up hardcore.
Good lawyers will have the ball rolling in no time flat and will help get you back what is yours.
