This sucks but you need to stay strong. I highly recommend speaking to a lawyer and building a plan of action. If you can't afford a lawyer or if you don't want to spend money just yet, look for
free legal advice that may be offered by your county or city. I know in the county I reside, on the county's website, it says that you can have a free 30 min legal advice session from real lawyers that are donating their time.
If i was in this situation I would think of my kid and do what's right for her no matter what it took (all legal of course).
