I'm seeing lots of water responses, but not many food. Yes, liquids are essential but you also need to force yourself to eat. You need every bit of energy you can get right now so your body can fight the virus.
Try Jello, pudding, crackers, noodles, soup, bread, applesauce, mashed potatoes. Anything soft and easy to eat, once you find something that you're able to eat you need to keep eating it and adding more food to it.
Eat boy, eat!
