That's exactly the first think I thought. We're supposed to be liberating and protecting these people, but all we're doing is blowing their homes up. Shit like this is only going to fuel the insurgency. Even if they catch the main guy (whatever his name is), he'll be replaced within minutes by someone else. As long as we're blowing up people's homes, they're going to resist.
