Who cares how much money it was it still is the principal behind it. You hire and pay somebody for work the work should be done, doesn't matter if it was $200 or $5000. Since when is there a price set to how dishonest you can be?? Is it ok if its only a few hundred but not ok if its over a thousand?
Nobody likes to be ripped off for any amount of money now he has to pay somebody else to do the job he already paid for!
