Women tend to move on quicker than men do.
While it's certainly possible that she's trying to get a reaction from you, you DID say that you were still friends.
Perhaps she's looking at you AS a friend and telling you this like she would any friend.
You seem to not be prepared to hear this, which I'm sure is normal, so tell her while you value her friendship, some things are best left unsaid.
Or, break if off entirely.
