2. Drink lots and lots of WATER! Not gatoraid, not iced tea...WATER!

4. vitamin c before naps/bedtime (let your body fight it with a little help)
5. clean your house/apartment. take out every trash bag, dust everything, wipe door knobs down with lysol, etc etc. Otherwise, you're just gonna stay sick and/or get sick again really soon (and others in your house as well.)
