Do you like sponsors that have a webmaster referall program so that you can get paid a $ amount or % to refer other websites?

I personally don't like this because it makes things so confusing and if the program is small and high converting, I wouldn't want other webmasters spamming their affiliate program and flooding the internet with the sponsors content.

Any comments or opinions?
