there's also a few groups of guys - truckers and companies involved in the rebuilding
plus
others who go there as a security to officials, they make something like $900/day
and if anyone doesn't like it, all they have to do is say they don't want to be there anymore and are sent home. i believe 20 people did this not too long ago, some who were volunteering and were in training later changed their mind and got discharged
