On the other hand she's illegaly breeding tiny poodles. However she tells the cops "Oh they are just visiting for the day" and when they are outside theyr'e constantly barking and she yells "SHUT UP" out the window. That's classy.
I've considered that emthree, but my other neighbor hates them too. It's like we're all friend but she's a bitch. I've introduced myself when they moved in and they said hi but never told me their names.
