I think they might. I posted a gallery last night and for other sponsors who dont use the geo redirect technology I always notice at least 60 hits into the sponsor by the morning with at least 5000 unique surfers to the gallery page. This morning I woke up to 8000 uniques to the gallery so I was happy to check AAC to see if the email program worked. I logged in and it says 2 unique clicks. Now since Im familiar with the geo redirect technology I would say AAC is using something to redirect traffic that is see's fit. Someone let me know. Im not saying geo redirect is wrong either, I was just questioning it.
