Born and raised in West Chester, Ohio.
I had to move out of there though because I was there when it was NOT the madhouse it is now and I hated all the new traffic and development going on. It was mostly farm land and a few neighborhoods when I was growing up. Nothing like it is now. I don't even recognize it anymore and get lost driving around on the new roads.
BTW... houses are not cheap in West Chester these days.
