A.) There should have been a mistrial. The Jury's conduct alone should have done that.
B.) Not guilty on both counts. Why? Because there's too much reasonable doubt.
C.) If they do find him guilty he is sooo gonna win on appeal.
Everybody jumped down this guy's throat convicting him based on his unpleasant behavior. No witnesses, no murder weapon.
You need a body, weapon, motive, opportunity to convict on a murder.
There was too much hearsay and circumstantial bullshit. The prosecutors would have had a stronger case had they waited and told the news media to shut the fuck up until they had the stronger case.
