Stun guns have killed ADULTS. As Phoenix said if you can't disarm a 6 year old, you have no business being a cop. There were 2 fucking cops and 2 other adults there. Rich, you're normally pretty good with your arguments but you are dead wrong on this one. It doesn't matter if the kid was doped up, breaking a picture and cutting yourself with the glass isn't a normal "temper tantrum". If the kid was doped up it's the parents fault.
