About the rebills I think it's ccbill. My stats haven't been updated in a few hours now. I have the same problem with xescash not responding within a few days. First they didn't respond at all, sent a new mail and they responded the next day. Next it took them 22 days to respond to my next mail. Had some more questions and sent a new mail on Nov 2nd, still NO answer. VERY BAD business practice...
