I have a site that has a pretty common 3 word name in the real estate genre with hyphens. The site has held either #1 or #2 in google under these terms (both singular and plural) for at least 2 solid years (it is currently #1). The site has a PR 5. Google shows 321 inbound links. Overture shows 21,158 searched for this 3 word term last month. I have no traffic data to tell you as I have not been logging it.

Anyone know if something like this is saleable and how much I could potentially sell it for? Where would be a good forum to list it? If it could sell for over 1k I might unload it.
