And what the hell do I mean, tricking the consumer...geez...it's common sense to read the first 200 to 500 words of the small T & C's to find out about the trial cancellation policy, right? No way in hell that is designed to trick people, is it?

I'm not sure how Lightspeedcash got thrown into this discussion, since we don't have trials, or use prechecked crosssells, and our member can cancel anytime right up to his rebill HOUR. (I think the CCBill standard TOS says they need to notify us with 24 hours to spare, but they can use our (or ccbill's) automated cancel forms any time.
We have always focused on a
positive surfer experience. We treat our surfers, members, affiliates, vendors, employees, models, and friends like GOLD. We know these people are the lifeblood of our business, we're not going to fuck any of them over.
I'd appreciate you having your facts straight before you include Lightspeedcash in a bashing thread next time.
