My guess is they are waiting for Yaser Arafat to arrive, then they will detonate thier explosives belts and/or vests & blamo a nice welcome to hell!
Then when he recovers from the 1st blast & gets thirsty, he goes to a local market & blammo, another homicide bomber. Later on , after cleaning up from the previous attack, he decides to go dancing & as he is waiting in line to get into the club....Blammo, another suicide bomber.
