Announcement: DamageX TGP/MGP site building clients (NOT spam)

This affects all our clients who have been scheduled for start until and including Friday Nov 12th, and whose sites are not yet finished.

Due to the recent delays in our services, there will be a 10% compensation to all affected clients. This compensation will take the form of either an increase in traffic, in addition to the ordered site size, or a 10% discount on the site growing fee. You can opt to take the additional traffic, use the discount on the current order or use it on a future order, you're free to choose. Or, if you have some other idea for an equivalent compensation, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your wishes.

Regarding our continued services, these will hopefully be a lot faster than now. This is the reason why the recent delays occured to begin with, as I have relocated abroad, in order to set up an office and hire additional staff, so we can cope with the increasing demand. The reason why I opted for doing everything in-house is so that we can continue insuring the quality of our services, through running everything under my direct supervision, being physically present to coordinate things. This is why, after careful consideration, we decided against hiring people to work from home.

Regarding our now infamous waiting list, we're all set and chewing our way through it as fast as humanly possible. There will be additional staff trained as we go along, so that we can continue speeding things up to the point where we can virtually eliminate the waiting list altogether. Obviously this will not happen overnight, but we will keep striving for steady improvement.

I would also like to apologize to everyone who's been affected by this, directly and indirectly. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I hope that our efforts and commitment to improvement, in addition to the discount/compensation, will help smooth things a bit.

Now, I will be heading back to work, as you all know I have quite a lot of that, and bid everyone a good and prosperous evening. Later everyone!
