Here in America, you are innocent until proven guilty. So you have the burden of proof to prove there weren't any insurgents in that hospital.
I'll bet there were since those fanatics are used to hiding behind their civilians and putting innocent civilians in dangers way.
If they did, the blood shed is on them not US troops.
