When I started putting up membership sites, I had 160 'killer' domains. I spent weeks researching available titles and 'scooping' the hot ones.
What I have observed over the past 6 years, is that domains are a dime a dozen and it's really the work you do in SEO and promotion (and delivery of the goods) that makes or breaks your efforts.
