PS. Bolivia has an almost 9 Million population and is politically stable. Current unemployment - about 11%, GDP - per capita $2,400, estimated growth in 2004 - 2%.
Mr Sanches de Lozada had been president of Bolivia till October 2003 but has still strong political influences in Bolivia as well as the country's region.
