As far as it being retroactive, it is pretty much how deep you want to interpret the regs. Yes, for questionable, hardcore content you might want to go ahead and dump it . . . but how crippling is it to update your content?

for me? not hard at all, i don't buy that much content.
for producers who have been in this business for several years? i would imagine it to be hard as hell.
