Fat doesn't turn into muscle.
And it looks ugly.
You still gonna be skinny with ugly fat layers on your body.
You need to grow meat.
Eat a lot. (but only healthy food. grease/sweets will fuck you up)
Pasta/Bread/Grains with eggs, red meat, or fish.
