Poor and stupid people enjoy fucking without condoms. Once they have kids, they can not afford to feed or clothe them. At that point, the government takes money from hard working people and gives it to the poor and stupid people, so they can raise their children.
Also, if you work hard and make a lot of money, the government will punish you by charging you more taxes than lazy people who dont make a lot of money.
