Yep,
since I bought phun.com for 3k I'm planing to redesign the website. I want a new "look & feel", for the start of the new domain. That's how it looks now: www.phun.org

I need someone with very good CSS skills. Because the main target of the new layout is the loading-time. I need it loaded as quick as possible. But I want to keep the navigation (3 column-layout).

Take a look at the website and post an estimated price for your work.
