A) Yes. Their processor told them that they would not be paid on your joins and that as far as they are concerned you are commiting fraud and they are shutting you down for this reason.
Q) Is SC going to tell you what exactly you were doing that was fraud?
A) No. They don't know. Their processor didn't tell them.
Q) Are you happy about this?
A) No. But you don't have a choice in this matter and neither does SC.
