What it sounds like to me...
You had 3 signups that were legit and got you able to do reseller signups. Not sure if SC has a policy on this, but most sponsors will not pay you for referrered affiliate sales until you generate a minimum ammount of sales yourself, either an ammount of money ($100) or an ammount of sales (3).
So, you did the bare minimum lets just say.
Now, you have affiliates and they are generating sales. But lets say you got extremely unlucky. One of the affiliates is a shitfuck in Romania and another is a bungfucker in Turkey. They are using stolen CC's to do their sales and 'found' SC by going to your site and therefor signed up under you.
Now 1/2 of your referrered sales is legit and the other half is bullshit. EPOCH says we will not pay for sales from affiliate #3 and #4 who signed up under you (you are #1). This means SilverCash will not pay you either 1/2 of your money. But EPOCH goes a step farther and notices you only have the minimum signups and figures that you possibly set this up. As in, you work with the Romanian and the Turkish fraudsters. So they say cancel you too.
Now SOMEONE is getting the FULL BENIFIT of the other 1/2 of your legit signups. Affiliate #2, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10, #11... all had legitimate signups and generated $500 that you should be getting. But right in the TOS is a little statement that says if anything is fraud, the entire account is closed and the money is forefitted. We don't know if it was kept by EPOCH or SC at this point.
You can call EPOCH and explain to them what you do. It is NO DIFFERENT than what Netpond or even GFY does. So if you can show them that you also get paid by other sponsors and what not they just might listen to you and realise that the affiliates #3 and #4 were also beyong your control and were accepted by SC to promote their sites and that you have no control over that. You didn't screen them, it isn't your job to. SC should have done that properly!
This is also a lesson to you. When you start out with a sponsor, make sure to get the lowest form of payment possible until you have a relationship with them. If this had been their top 10 affiliate having this problem don't you think they would have worked it out with EPOCH to close #3 and #4 and not you? Of course they would have.
