Alright i've got a bit of cash to spend and want to rent out a 10mbit... must be managed, and accept epassporte for server payment.
I'm not looking for some high quality thing here, i've seen plenty of deals and am willing to take a risk.
Prices must be below $300-350 max, cheaper the better.
Or $500 for 20mbit.
