I have few affiliates but never really created affiliate program for it.....banners,free pics,hosted galleries etc. I would provide promotion material to anybody who would be interested .
I would get 1-2 signups from each gallery posted on Thehun.

45% partnership is low but from 50 signups i have about 40 rebills, and I would be willing to increase that to 55% if I would get some new affiliates that would be able to get some signups.
