Ok, I'll answer


I try to give a high a low version and honestly it depends on the length of the video ( in minutes) as to what bitrate I will use, of course the longer the vid, I choose a lower bitrate. Then if I'm in the mood to edit video I'll actually do a higher one into a zip file so they can download it.

Most of the time at 512 kbps and 320 x 240 resolution or 640x480 at 740kbps or in that range .

Honestly, I don't have a general rule because I alter it depending on each video. Then if I watch it and think it can be higher quality I'll alter it again LOL

I had many requests to split the clips up into smaller segments so at the moment I'm splitting each video into 3 smaller clips, then also uploading a high and lo version of the full vid.

That's my not so professional version LOL Editing vids is time consuming and something I wish I didn't have to do One of these days I'll outsource
