Nobody seems to be saying much about European processors. My experience has been they either want to charge a ridiculous percentage rate on card transactions (like 30% or something stupid) - OR they want you to have a merchant account - OR they want to charge you something stupid like 1000 UKP a month for use of their membership management system (that was a real quote).

We could really do with someone using the Epoch/CCBill approach but based in Europe and dealing in European currency. Ideally offering to charge in $'s or EU's (which is when this script would come in useful though I suspect the processor may provide it themselves if they have that charging option).
