I saw the video and she had to be pretty damned whacked out on something to not know her tit was hanging out.
I attend charity events so I know evening gowns. I've got a few in my closet in a style very similar to that and there is NO fucken way you cannot know you're just hanging out there.
When your strap slides down, you can noticably feel a breeze when the fabric starts slipping away. To stand there that long with your tit hanging completely out and not know it, you'd have to be fucken toasted.
