It depends what you want. I use a very simple php script. But I dont track anything except outgoing clicks,just numbers. I control the random links from a text file.

I looked at some others and they looked way too complicated and provided way more info than I needed.

Find a decent php programmer and just tell what you want. I think mine cost me like $50.00
