You ask about tgp's and paysites but what do you know about them? I will assume you can design by your comments on portfolios posted here, but do you know what makes a tgp productive? Do you understand traded traffic and how the layout of a site effects its clicks?
There's lots of things that adult designers have learned over the years that mainstream guys may never have thought about. These are the questions clients should be asking.
