Well, I see this thread is still going on.
I'm going to make a couple of statements here and then I'm pretty much done posting to it, since it just keeps going in circles with the guy that I heard doesn't work at Interclimax stirring the pot for no reason other than he likes to read his typos.
Out TOS prohibits anyone under 18 being naked on a website that we process for. We screen the tours and member areas before we activate accounts. We do not check every site we process to see if they have made integral changes to their site, unless someone brings it to our attention.
We deal with images in our TOS. Nothing in our TOS deals with words, other than the domain name restrictions we have in place now. Nor do I personally think that we should be the word police. If that were the case, I'd wager every story site would have to go for starters.
What you personally may feel to be over the line, may or may not be what I personally feel to be over the line. This is not the issue here. Our TOS goes well beyond the law, you can be assured of that. Customs periodically is in our office and any sites we get complaints about are checked for legality first, no matter our TOS and potential violations with it.
Had idiotboy or anyone else actually attempted to join the site he so adamantly claimed we process, then it would have been plain as the nose on your face that we don't process for that site, at the beginning of this thread. The initial join page is not on CCBill servers and we therefore have no control over what a site puts up or takes down.
Last but not least. It is not, and has never been, our policy to announce changes publicly. There are companies that issue press releases or post every time someone goes to the bathroom apparently, but we are not one of them. Our relationship with our clients remains between us and our clients, it is not a matter for the entire adult webmaster 'community' to share.
Any other questions, I believe you can find my email.
