thx. although i've played bass a few times in different bands, i'm not really familiar with the aspect of writing songs w/ bass. i'm sure you can do some cool stuff. as with anything it just takes practice n' creativity.
join a band is what i'd say ;)
edit: oh i've played 8 / 9 years off and on.
