What are they averaging over the last 3 months? Like 40% uptime?
I had a few domains there for a couple of months starting in November and all it was was a string of emails explaining their downtime reasons and how it would soon be fixed. Routers, hosting facilities, server problems, hard drive problems, more hosting facility problems, they forgot to register their own domain name (hehe, that killed me), and on.
They should just kill that Water cluster hosting and move on. They're obviously never going to get it to work right.
