What do YOU look for in a designer?
I want to get all the input you guys can give me that you look for when hiring an Adult Designer. I have a strong past in mainstream design and i'm converting to Adult.
If any of you are THINKING about having a paysite, or TGP site designed this week... tell me what niche it is for.. and i'll design some samples and throw them up on GFY to show you guys how good I am.
