I think I saw on my Epoch contract that I can't have pissing content on my site. Not sure though.
Pissing content is not automatically illegal, just if you distribute the content to an area where a grand jury decides it is obscene.
In other words, do not ship pissing dvds to Broken Arrow, Arkansas
As far as internet only distribution I have no idea. Just that not everyone will process for you.
