As far as saying their are no laws, you're obviously not up on current laws. Underage and CP are major hot buttons and someone in Texas just got found guilty of CP and got over 1,000 years in jail.

He did not go to jail for putting "preteen" in his metatags. That was for running a child porn site. The site in question shows models I know are over 18, hell one of them is 24 right now. He sells it as a preteen site but they are not underage from what I see on his tours. Its walking a fine line... true.
You also may want to consider that CCBill is right now overloaded with work thanks to Ibill and their problems. It is very possible that Ron is too busy to call you and forgot. Its really not good business to air that laundry here. You have been in business long enough to know better. Im pretty sure Kim has made mention of this post to him and I wouldnt wait too long for that call back.
