I fail to see how a hypothetical situation involving just a few people has any bearing on what is the natural order of the Earth? It's repeated over and over in the Animal Kingdom. Including animals that share most of our own DNA. I have no faith in Mankind's goodness. Man is a selfish creature by nature. It's the rule, not the exception.
