Webmasters who drive around in brand new yellow corvette convertables while the folks they are ripping off starve. I have been on the net since before Danni Ashe & Persian Kitty. I shoot & own all my exclusive content. I finally told them all to "Go Fuck Yourself". I'm doing it myself now. Any advise would be more then welcome.

Make sure you have around 500K in the bank before you even attempt building a program. Just because you have exclusive, it doesn't mean it will sell.

The most important components I feel you need to run a competitive program are the following:

1) Business Plan (I'm not talking a one page plan scratched down on a napkin either)

2) Designer (I have the best, so look for the second best...lol)

3) Solid programmer

4) Jr. Webmaster (Must be organized)

5) Exclusive content (Ask yourself, "How does my content compare with others and how is it different?)

6) Two solid sales reps that know the business and understand marketing.
