I remember dude, you used to be pretty buff. WOW, how people change. Not that you are fat or anything. But not what you used to be.
I think we just need to motivate our selves and stay off the carbs for a month, that worked for me about 3 years ago, lost 15 pounds in one month. The problem is as soon as you start cheating, it hits you hard.
