In Garretts absence I have to reply instead - Jesus christ you are such a pain in the ass - check your email - I never said the check was cashed on the 18th - I said it cleared my acct on the 18th - and gave the address it was mailed to - which was NOT in Hawaii - she asked us to mail it to her home address - which I did. It doesn't take a genius to figure out someone could have deposited it for her whether she was in town or not. Has she asked her family about it or checked her acct? If you would just take a fucking deep breath and relax until the copy of the cancelled check comes - we will see who and how it was deposited. Until then why don't you try to act like a civilized adult - I should post all the emails on here that you sent Garrett and now directed at me personally regarding this - but I guess I will save that for the suit that will be filed if you don't stop. You were not her agent when the shoot happened and you really shouldn't be stickin' your nose in it now - Victoria and I have had several communications today regarding this and she certainly is behaving like an adult and she is half your age!
