1) Helped Democrats More:

Hyped up younger people and those who arnt normally into politics to get out and vote. Kerrys loss would have been bigger without Fahrenheit 911.

2) Helped Republicans More:

Angered so many conservatives and the average 'moderate' voter, that it simply became more motivation to vote for Bush, and actually helped mobilize and unite the republican party.
