well here's my take, after a night of drinking, and recent breast augmentation so skin is still numb, she poses for photographers who are shouting with delight and flashing away.
and she thinks the reason for their excitement is her "stardom".
luckily another woman assists and covers her up.
if any of those photographers were gentlemen one of them would have stood in front of her and told her to get herself together.
