So there is actually no record of these votes? 1/10 of votes weren't counted because of computer error not picking up what the people hit?
If these numbers can be solidified, I can only hope Kerry and everyone else will put up a fight saying - we want who won, and none of the bullshit from last time.
All you need is the elecotral vote and not the majority vote to win.
