North America is so anal about nudity and sex; that's the issue. Being looked at should be seen as a compliment, though there's a difference between seeing and looking and staring. I imagine most guys would stare though given the opportunity, and then try to pick up because they'd obviously have so much in common, both going to the gym and all..
